How did your summer go? Ours went by way too fast. We tried to relax this summer and have a little fun. We found lots of new Amazon finds. We have tried a few new games and products and we want to share the best ones with you. Enjoy these great tech gift ideas to help you beat summer boredom.

The game is visually stunning, and there are so many levels to explore. My kids love to play Mario as a cat or turn Mario into 5 Marios, with the ability to catch oh so many more treasures. Make sure you find the 3 hidden green stars in each level, so you can move on to the next one. Bowser’s Fury is a completely separate game, where Bowser Junior and Mario partner together to remove oil from the surface of the world so they can get to new areas. The graphics are incredible and the open-ended world is fun to explore. In each area, Mario tries to find cat shines, and once he has found them all, prepare yourself for the most epic battle of all time at the Gigabell. Pokémon Shield:

My oldest son has been obsessed with Pokémon for the past 20 years, no joke. He still has his original cards and loves searching for new packs of Pokémon cards that are now really hard to find. Pokémon Shield is his new favorite game for the Nintendo Switch. You can catch, trade, and battle your Pokémon in this online game from Nintendo. This game is a perfect gift for all Pokémon fans because you can find and possibly catch 400 Pokémon in this game, including Zacian and Zamazenta, two of our favorite new Pokémon. Pokémon fans will love this game title and will enjoy the challenge of trying to catch ’em all. My son loves to try to catch Pokémon in the wild area and enjoys fighting in the max raid battles. Nintendo Game Builder Garage:

This brand new title for the Nintendo Switch is so much fun. My kids are enjoying designing and creating their own games and then sharing them so their friends can play. Your kids might not realize it, but this game is an introduction to programming and game design. Shhh, the kids might even learn something while playing this game! There is a helpful tutorial that walks you through each lesson to help you understand how to design each game. Each lesson is clearly organized and your kids will be designing video games in no time. I really see this game as a great introduction for young kids to understand more about coding and programming. Even though this is a fairly new game, there are so many incredible games you can enjoy right now. Game Builder Garage is a great way to beat the summer brain drain.
