Do you have a tween in your family? If so, they probably have asked you to buy them a cell phone. Or maybe your tween already has a cell phone?  If not, I am sure you are hearing what I hear daily, everyone else has a phone. I need a phone too!  After much talk, rule making, and discussions,  this tween has a phone and as you can see, he is quite happy about it.  We planned this purchase over the past few years. We read reviews of phones, we discussed phone etiquette and we made some serious rules for this phone.  We have a one strike and you lose your phone rule, so I know he will be using this phone very carefully.  If you need a new cell phone too,  you should check out the selection at your local Walmart.  The Walmart Family Mobile PLUS plan has some excellent specials and rollbacks happening right now.  Walmart is a new store for us since we did not have one near our old house.  We are enjoying discovering all the goodies they have to offer.

In the next few weeks we will be enjoying our first free movie on VUDU. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels, we love Bob's Red Mill white popcorn
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp italian spices
  • 2 TB melted butter
  • 2 TB Kernel Seasons White Cheddar flavor

Instructions

  1. Pop your kernels any way you like to. We love to use the Lekue microwave popper.
  2. Put your warm popcorn in a large bowl, you need room to toss it.
  3. Add all the toppings to your warm popcorn.
  4. Pour on the melted butter.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and shake it up really good to combine all your toppings.
  6. Eat quickly before your family smells you are making popcorn!
