Pet Care starts with healthy food
Pet care starts with healthy food. This is a simple concept. I am very careful about what my family eats each day, but what should I look for when it comes to pet food? I have partnered with Hill’s® Science Diet® to share with you a wonderful sweepstakes, a rebate on their pet food, and some great information for pet parents.
This post is sponsored by Hill’s® Science Diet® and the BlogPaws Pet Influencer Network. I am being compensated for helping spread the word about the Healthier Pets. Happier Lives. TM Campaign, but Cook With 5 Kids only shares information that we feel is relevant to our readers. Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Inc. is not responsible for the content of this article.
Molly is our beloved rescue dog. She joined our family 3 years ago and we cannot remember life without her. We are now a dog family for life. Since Molly was our first dog, we really did not know much about dog food. The one thing we learned very quickly, was that Molly is very picky. She loves to beg for people food, but dog food is not her favorite thing to eat. One time I found a huge 40 pound bag of dog food on sale. I brought it home and gave Molly a sniff. She walked away and never ate even one of those sale kibbles. When Hill’s® Science Diet® asked us to try their perfect weight adult food we were curious. Would Molly like it? Would she know that she was overweight? Hahaha, just kidding, kind of. Our vet has told us that Molly needs to lose a few lbs.
Hill’s® Science Diet® has two fabulous offers that I would like to share with you today. Click the link and you can see both offers. First, you can enter to win $100 to use towards your pet’s next checkup. Awesome prize, right? The best part is that one winner is chosen every single day, until they have chosen 100 winners! If I were you, I would enter once each day until you win, unless you love paying a small fortune to your vet. The second offer is a $10 rebate on a Hill’s® Science Diet® 7 pound or larger bag! This is an easy way to save some money on some healthy pet food.
I know you’re all waiting on the edge of your seat to hear if Molly liked this food. She loved it! Molly was just like the kids, waiting for me to finish taking photos so she could dive into her new food. She watched, sniffed, and tasted and it was a huge success! Molly has been eating the Hill’s® Science Diet® food exclusively for the past month and she has been feeling great. She no longer walks by her dog dish with her nose turned up looking for something else to eat. Pet care is so important, you should really check what is in the dog food you are buying.
Join me in this important Healthier Pets. Happier Lives.™initiative from Hill’s® Science Diet®. The best way for your beloved pet to live a long life is to regularly visit the vet and to feed them the healthiest pet food. One more tip! As much fun as it is to share what you are eating with your dog, don’t do it! People food is not good for dogs and if your dog fills up on your pizza crusts she will not have room for her healthy dog food. Don’t delay, print your rebate today, and also enter the sweepstakes to win $100 off your next preventative veterinarian visit. Click here for all the details. ($10 rebate is only good on a purchase of 7 lbs or larger of Hill’s® Science Diet® Youthful Vitality, Perfect Weight, Sensitive Stomach & Skin, Oral Care, Grain Free, Healthy Mobility, Urinary & Hairball Control, Hairball Control, or Multiple Benefit.)
